That same year, the office participated in a workshop in Japan, evaluating possible futures for the city of Ishinomaki. In 2012, the office was selected as curator of the Luxembourg Pavilion at the 13th Venice Biennale of Architecture. Domaines d’activité 2001 is a structure concerned with spatial matters, i.e. design, architecture, urbanism and landscapes, both in the material as well as theoretical realm.
